It’s not just age that causes memory loss. Stress, quality and length of sleep as well as medications all affect how well your memory functions.
Make sure you get enough brain food like leafy green vegetables as well as:
• Apples, blueberries and red onions
• Fatty fish
• Coffee—surprised? Researchers from the University of Innsbruck in Austria found that coffee temporarily sharpens memory
• Leafy greens like spinach, kale, collard greens are loaded with folate, a memory booster.
These are all Anti Aging foods with lots of antioxidants.
