Here is the perfect ‘wake me up’ morning juice recipe, which will have you buzzing in no time, ready for whatever the day may throw at you.

Into a juicer decore and cut (into small pieces) the following ingredients:

2 Celery Sticks

1 Green Apple

1 Lemon

1 Carrot

1 Beetroot

1/4 Raw Ginger

This recipe is great to have first thing in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. It acts as a great detoxifier in our body, eliminating any blood pressure and constipation problems, while also helping keep breakouts like acne at bay.

This super juice will not only give you a boost of energy before heading into your Monday meeting, but will also help improve and strengthen your digestion, kidney, pancreas and liver function as well as helping improve the vision of eye sight.
