How quickly will I see results?

Most people notice a result within the first 2 weeks, if following suggested protocols of use. We suggest taking a ‘before’ shot so the consumer can really compare the difference. The results can be ‘subtle’ compared to botox or fillers for example, but a photo will demonstrate the improvements to fine lines and wrinkles, increased elasticity, decreased sensitivity, diminished hyperpigmentation and quality of pores.

7 Years, Zero Wrinkles

✨ Cannot live without my One Truth 818 serum! ✨
I’ve been using it religiously since 2018 and haven’t seen a single new wrinkle on my face. It’s like hitting the pause button on aging — my skin feels smooth, fresh, and timeless. 💫

Unnecessary price increase detracts from product

The product itself is good. It does make an impact to the surface and structure of your skin with consistent use. That part I am not questioning. What I am questioning is how this product in a relatively short timeframe has gone from a $190 purchase price to over $240 purchase price for the same product.
Can I ask that whomever decided to redesign the now elaborate packaging and redesigned the bottle to be incased in a material to makes it feel heavier or more full of the product itself, did you care about the consumer at all? The product is good so why ruin the experience by charging more for marketing. I also get you created a ‘smaller’ version which is less expensive but I am then receiving less product.
I know this is ‘marketing’ and you want to make money. It’s just annoying that for everyday people this is a big financial commitment. To open the box when it arrives and see this over marketed, environmentally ignored and pointless packaging before I get to my purchase infuriates me.
Why change from the simple cardboard box and the white canister is came in? Why use this trickery and charge the user much more when it’s the actual product at a fair and reasonable price we are looking for.
I love the product but you have not considered people in your decision to increase your profit margin.

Hi Donna, thanks for your comments and of course we appreciate all the feedback and take it all into consideration. So let me clarify your comments one by one.
Price: We have not changed out price of the serum since we launched the product. It was $299NZD, $299AUD, $199USD and £149 when we launched in 2013, and still is today. We have not put our prices up in over 12 years and have no plans to at this stage. I can only assume you must have either used a discount code, or have perhaps purchase the product when on a special, or you've paid on our .com site in USD and then gone to one of our other website in a different currency and it appears more expensive, but in fact the price is universal (with the exception of some currency fluctuations).

Product Packaging: In March we upgraded all our packaging to be fully recyclable, or re-usable. Our serum glass bottle you are referring to is a refillable bottle and our plan is to eventually bring out these refillables by the end of 2025. Through research, our customers requested, more luxurious packaging to reflect the price point and so after over a years worth of compatibility testing, approvals we decided on the new glass bottle due to it's environmentally friendly nature. Changing packaging is never an easy thing particulary in the cosmetic world where there are so many regulations. The previous packaging, box and bottle was not recyclable at all. So these are positive steps. We always review packaging and will certainly take your comments into account. But I can assure you it's certainly not trickery. We still say the product lasts the same amount of time with the specified usage. The only change we made to one product was the cleanser which is now 50ml instaed of 100ml. Customers found the cleanser lasted too long and wanted a smaller more affordable option. So we halved the size and the price.
The 15ml serum is only fractionally more expensive. So in Australia it is $95 and the 50ml is $299 (full price). If you were to buy the equivalent amount of 15ml product you would be paying $17 more. So the bigger size is defintely better value. And we have our 250ml serum at $895 which is the equivalent of 5 serums and would save you $600.
We always do offers anyway, and we also have subscription prices (which you can cancel at anytime) which gives 15% off. So we try and look after our customers. We also haven't added any costs due to the recent tarrif hikes on our customers depsite these costs being applied to all our ingredients and packaging.

So I hope this gives you some clarification. We always appreciate feedback, we'd prefer you email us as Rachael and I are very communicative and prefer to help out rather than be given poor reviews. Everything we do is based on research with our customers and so we will continue to always take on board every suggestion as best we can.
